Will I need to redecorate after the installation?
Our expert fitters are extremely careful to keep disruption to a minimum. However, when removing old frames, some minor touching-up of surrounding paintwork or wallpaper may occasionally be required. We will always be as neat as possible.
How long does installation take?
This depends on the size of the job. A single front door might only take half a day, while a full house of windows could take 2-4 days. We’ll give you a clear timescale before we begin.
What should I do to prepare for installation day?
All we ask is that you clear the area around the windows or doors we are replacing. Please remove any furniture, pictures, or ornaments to give our fitting team a safe and clear space to work.
How long will I have to wait for my new windows and doors?
Lead times can vary depending on the products you choose and how busy we are. We will give you a clear and accurate estimated installation date when you place your order.
What is the process for getting a quote?
It’s simple. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit. We’ll listen to your ideas, measure up, and then provide a detailed, accurate quote. It’s a completely free, no-obligation process with no pressure.
Will there be a lot of mess during the installation?
Not at all. We handle the entire process for you, and that includes leaving your home as tidy as we found it. Our expert installation team uses dust sheets to protect your property and performs a full clean-up after the work is complete. It’s all part of our 5-star rated service.
Do you take away the old windows and doors?
Yes, we do. As a registered waste carrier, the disposal of your old frames and glass is included in our service. We ensure as much of the old material as possible is recycled responsibly.
Who will be installing my windows?
As a family company, we use our own team of dedicated and experienced fitters. We don’t use subcontractors because we need to ensure every job is completed to our 5-star standards. You can be confident that our expert installation team will treat your home with respect and care.
