No showroom – all online.

Absolutely. We have a gallery of our work on our website, and we strongly encourage you to read our customer reviews online! We are extremely proud of our 5-star rating, as it comes directly from homeowners who have experienced our commitment to quality and service first-hand.
How can I tell if I need new windows?
Common signs include misting between the panes, noticeable drafts, water leaks, difficulty opening and closing, and finding that your home is noisy and cold. If your windows are more than 15-20 years old, upgrading will bring huge benefits in warmth, security, and style.
Can you just replace the glass and not the frames?
Yes. If your frames are in good condition but the glass unit has failed (misted up) or is broken, we can simply replace the sealed glass unit. This is a quick and very cost-effective way to restore the performance and appearance of your windows.
My window frame is cracked. Can it be repaired?
Unfortunately, a crack in a uPVC or Aluminium frame compromises its structural integrity and cannot be reliably repaired. In this situation, for safety and security reasons, we would always recommend replacing the window.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, any repair work we carry out and any replacement parts we fit, such as new locks, handles, or hinges, come with a full 12-month guarantee for your peace of mind.
What is a stable door?
A stable door is a single door that is split horizontally into two halves. It allows you to open the top section for ventilation while keeping the bottom half closed and secure—perfect for families with young children or pets.
What hardware options do I have for my door?
You can customise your new door with a wide range of hardware. This includes different handle styles and colours (such as chrome, gold, or black), letter plates, door knockers, and spyholes to create the perfect look for your home.
What is a door threshold?
The threshold is the strip at the bottom of the doorway that you step over. We offer a range of thresholds, including ultra-low options for easy access for prams, wheelchairs, and to create a seamless link to your garden.
How long have you been in business?
KMJ Windows & Doors Ltd has been proudly serving homeowners across the West Midlands for over 20 years. Our experience means you get a flawless installation and expert advice every time.
